Development of a customer-specific rail system

Requirements

  • Design of a floor that enables retrospective adjustments and changes to be made without major effort.

  • Bolted floor so that it is easy to disassemble for subsequent maintenance purposes and to re-fit.

  • It must be possible to easily fasten all systems in the floor area.

Implementation

  • For this project we worked with the customer to develop a custom support channel system, the MPR-Support channel with coaming edge, etc., which has since been used on a number of projects.

  • This system can be combined with the existing MPR type S+ attachments and saves time during assembly and disassembly.
